    Hello,

    First of all, I would like to thank him about wonderful overall tips performance on both Oddsnet and SpilXperten forums! Especially the soccer World Cup stats bets / analyses were amazing.

    Lately there has been downswing, what is understandable after the high-fly WC2010 period. However, with today's Flensburg - Magdeburg tip, I got a bit worried when I read another analysis for the game at another forum:

      Everybody can have downswings - it's normal in this kind of business.

      Take a look at this guy's stats. He has over 800 bets and still -1,6% yield..... that says it all.

        I know, all tipsters have downswings. I do not even know anything about handball, it was just about how sure that one guy was in his opinion. And when losing many such kind of bets in a row, those very clear opposite views arise questions. Even with -1.6% yield.

        My honest opinion is that Roman Empire is certainly one of the best tipsters on the Net, even that ~1600 bets sample is enough to prove it with such a ROI. This losing streak + that (this time) correct opposite analysis just arised my suspicions - just like - could our master tipster be "mentally unbalanced":) . Everyone has sometimes hard times in private life and it can (and does) affect to the performance, whatever people do.

        One again, I restate that I believe this is very likely to be just downswing and nothing else. I just got worried, an uncontrolled feeling that was not based on clear facts.

        Thanks for you message, netcode! I appreciate your concerns.

        It has been a bad streak since start of August and about 50 units down in this period. Downswings are part of the game, but no one is as disapointed as I am with my loosing streak. I have been is this business for almost three years and have never experienced such a bad run, but it had to come sooner or later. Still, I am satisfied with the overall performance of 800 bets in 8 months with ROI 120 % - honestly, that is way over my own target even after loosing some percentages during this downswing.

        I try to do my best and keep improving. My approach to a bet has always been the same, and I am confident with the way. At the moment half of the bets are way out of bounce and the rest is hit by misfortune, but no point in complaining about unluck as we all know it will even in time. A bad streak is tough as a public tipster. There will be a lot of complaining from users who tend to forget the good times and the pressure arises. It is an ungrateful business.

        I believe in myself and know what I am capable of, and think it is only a matter of time before better waves will appear again, but at the moment it is a difficult time to go through. It takes huge amounts of time been a tipster. Personally, I have to sacrifice a lot to do a dedicated work like this beside studying medicine. It is not that simple.

        I just hope people will think rationally and understand that being a tipster is tougher and more complex than the majority think. Being disapointed on behalf of someone else is normal, but one should also remember to appreciate the better times and keep this in mind.

        Impossible is nothing, and my new target is to find form and pass the magical barrier of 1000 units in 2010 without spoiling the ROI. It will be a hard challenge, but will do my best to reach goal.
